Yes. Suggestion from BMW HQ is drivers lose belly flab to improve power to weight ratio.

Cheaper, better for you, and likely to get improved lap times much sooner than the PPK comes out (if ever).

We are not going to get one! The 328i is BMW's Cayman, a lighter, better handling product that has to be kept from treading on the toes of its more expensive older brother. No LSD, no power pack. The end.

Maybe when the LCI arrives (2016?) we'll get one...I'm waiting to see what Dinan offers, if they are working with BMW, then that ecu re-flash will be the next best thing...

I talked to a dinan rep about this recently and he said they are working on it, but the reason it is taking so long is that the security on the new bmw ecus is ridiculous! Once they crack it, I'm hoping they should have something for both the 320 and 328.

Siemens make the ecu for BMW, don't they?

Maybe it takes time to get BMW to get Siemens to communicate the necessary info to Dinan so they can get inside the box...

Yes. However for the n20 328i version. These are for the 335i or the 320d (& their coupe equivalents).

I highly doubt there will be an MPPK for the N20/N26 engines.

I had this theory in another thread a while ago, that the vagely-announced 328i PPK with +27 hp etc was put to sleep and instead they chose to release an LCI 330i with 272hp (245+27=272). Sure, it´s the new B-engine but how much does it actually differ from the N20, I mean isn´t it in reality an updated N20 with this PPK that never came?

And the question still remains, will they perhaps still release the PPK after the LCI has been introduced?.....

Lets be honest: At this point I find it EXTREMELY unlikely that a PPK is coming for the 328.
