I'd go breakers all day long on a 3yr old car.

And if you're parking a lot near there helping out your mum, stick with standard mirrors and skirts.

I know it sounds unlikely but if it's carbon it's those bits they're after they're likely to do it again!

The carbon bits cost as much as an old Corsa or Micra. Don’t let the scrotes ruin the enjoyment of your car.

Buy a snotter and use that to visit the risky places.

Wowzer, that's really sad and it looks like this is getting rampant.

I had mine stolen (both sides) as well some days before the new year in Milton Keynes.

My F30 looks less pretty without them and now I have to visit a breaker to help find side skirts for my exact color as I cant be bothered to prime and paint.

This is gonna cost around £200 in total and that's because I am getting used parts and I will fix my self

Can you believe there is only 1 mirror on all of ebay.
Many mirrors on eBay. 99% of the listings have no part numbers on them so you need more generic terms as the multiple parts are sold as one.

Try search variations like:

bmw rhd (mirror,mirrors) (f80,f30,320,325,328,330,335,340) -interior -(e30,e36,e46,e84,e9x,e90,e91,e92,e93,rear,style,wh eels,) -(1984,1997,1999,2001,2002,2003,2005,2008,"-93","-96","-98","-99","01 02","-06")

That’s all 1 line btw.

Makes me think , I'm also in Coventry (coundon)

Had around 4 cars stolen in previous weeks and even someone checking mine and others on our drives,
Caught on my neighbours camera through the night recently.

Sorry to derail your thread , hope things are sorted and will defiantly be thinking twice when I go up the showcase cinema car park

Are they just taking any M Sport side skirts or the ones with the M Performance side foils specifically?

Guys I finally got side skirts from a car breaker. Yay!

The sad news is I don't have the clips/fasteners as all was stolen along with my side skirt.

Does anyone know the part number for the clips/fastener??

If I don't find one I might just take it into a garage to rivet or screw it to my car with metal screws and heavy industrial glue . That way I don't have to worry about it being stolen again.

Other than clipping onto the mounting pieces, the side skirts are only held on by 11 plastic fasteners underneath each side. Looking on real OEM, 07147296886 looks to be the correct part number.
