It's the same thickness from what I can tell. It was fitted to my F31, but I've now sold the car, so the wheel's for sale.

You would have to use both your back piece and front piece from your existing wheel. You could use the M3 front piece, but the hole down the middle would just show the black plastic of your current back piece. Alternatively. You could buy and M3 DCT back piece that has the slots for paddles and the hole down the centre.
