I'd be curious if you actually got the numbers in advance, since dealers don't have them yet. Either way, I'll be signing my lease paperwork tomorrow (340i), so I'll be happy to report what they are. Keeping fingers crossed...

So they are still:
15K miles = 59%
12K miles = 61%
10K miles = 62%
Correct me if I'm wrong

Yup. I just signed my paperwork a couple of hours ago. On the bright side, I'll have a new car in a week

Hopefully they recover by October! If not I hope BMW is offering some kind of rebate or incentive by then. $500 or $1000 build out credit would be nice!!

Does anyone know if the September residuals changed at all for a 2015 335i?

I read it was 63% for 15k miles in July, wondering if it's still that high.

Thanks in advance!

It will probably not increase but they'll over additional incentives to move them off lots.

You're going to be stuck without being able to order/customize though.

Thanks dwalls. There's one on the lot that is pretty close to what I want, so if I can lease it for $100 or so less per month, it may be worth it over ordering the 340i...maybe.

For those of you wondering, residuals for a 2015 F30 is 0.61 for 15k miles this month.

Sorry if this is discussed elsewhere, but I haven't been able to find it.

Are these numbers applicable to 2016 328i xDrive sedan, wagon, and GT also?

Do numbers vary much by the state a person is leasing in?

From my understanding Yes, these numbers are for all 2016 3 series models and trims.
Residuals don't vary by state or individual but are rather set by BMWNA each month.

Not necessarily. 340 and 328 will have different residuals. May not always be the case, but I've seen it so.

Don't think it varies on xDrive vs RWD though. Wagons vs Sedan can vary as well.

Based on this, does anyone know what the 2016 328i xDrive Sport Wagon and 2016 328d Sport Wagon residual and money factors are for September? I'm looking for 10k but if people know 12k and 15k feel free to post!
