Does the 320d have sport+ mode??? Or is it just Eco pro, comfort and sport?

Yes it does have a sport+ mode.

Good car, btw. Very fuel efficient. Motor has enough punch (not the kind that makes you smile, but enough to be quite fast).

Not the base package, no. If you get one of the options that includes the sport+ capability, then you get the sport+ mode. Otherwise only the other three modes is what you will get.

As I understand it you'll only get Sport+ mode if you order at least one of the following:

Sport Line model
Sport automatic transmission
Adaptive M Sport suspension
Variable Sport Steering
