Pricing for 2015 428xi Gran Coupe, demo model
I am in the market for a CPO BMW and our local dealer in the Seattle area is offering a 2015 428xi Gran Coupe for $51,400. It has 9500 miles , comes with Extended warranty and has following packages / upgrades : Sport Line, Lighting Package, Cold Weather Package, Driver Assist, Premium package , Tech Package and Harmon Kardon sound.
MSRP is around $54k What would be a good price for this car as I can't really find any wholesale values for this vehicle. Thanks |

That's a terrible deal; I got a bigger discount on a brand new, custom ordered car on a 2015 428i GC at the end of last year!

Given it's a demo model with 9,500 miles (which is about how much I drive in a year) on it and a 2015 model, I think you should aim for at LEAST 10% off MSRP.
BTW, what's the extended warranty they're offering? |

You should be paying about $48,000-48,500 before any incentives for that vehicle. However, the prices greatly depend on the current market conditions. I have had "deals" from Boston to Atlanta to Florida to Oregon to California that ranged from barely 2-3% discounts all the way to Invoice pricing on the similar cars. Also, I closed my deal on June 30, Tuesday, end of Month, end of Quarter, End of 335i, etc. PS: Just noticed the Extended warranty note. If it is 6/100k (similar to CPO), then, I would add some flexibility to it but still shoot for below the $50k mark. |
