May numbers/incentives

Anyone can confirm the residuals
Money factor and incentives for May?

I have heard for f30 66% for 36/10k

Similar mf

And a $1,000 anniversary credit that can be combined with other incentives.

Anyone have more info to share?

From my local dealer:

4 Series Grand Coupe 36 months (base money factor - .00129)
  • 10k - 64%
  • 12k - 63%
  • 15k - 61%

I might drop by tomorrow to talk to them.

If the $1k credit is right that's great timing as I ordered my car in March and its arriving mid May.

If Residuals are 66% for 10k/year then that means it's also up 2% from March.

Is the $1k credit available only for may orders? Or is it good if I'm ordering one next month?

march residual was 66% for 10k on the 328i. those are the numbers i have locked in. probably going to redo them tho to get this 1k credit.

i think you need to take delivery in may to get the 1k credit.

just an additional 1k you can take off car. higher the residual number the less you pay monthly.

I just sent a message to my CA to ask him about residual and credit for my 435 GC which is arriving this month. Will reply back here once I hear from him.

Update: just heard back from him. He confirmed 66% residual for 10k miles/year and $1k anniversary credit for this month which is great new for those buying now or taking deliveries this month (like me).

66% residual for the 4 GC? Is the incentive only for an owner taking delivery in May or what about if you lock in rates?

Thanks!

Should be same for both delivery or locking in rates provided you take delivery within 60 days.

Yes. Just confirmed with my CA as I mentioned and he is sending me my new lease numbers. My cap cost should drop over $2k

This was the offer from my dealer when i put my order in December and he promised that if the current incentives are better he will put whichever.. Is it possible i can get better numbers? "With an MSRP of $55375, we can offer a sell price of $50605. With $1926 in minimum drive offs, your monthly for 39 months at 10k miles per year is just $541 + tax, $589.84 including. The residual is 61%, money factor .00130 (o.a.c.), and acquisition fee $725. Doc fee is $80. License fees total $466."

Yes. Your residual is 61% and it's now 66%. Your MF can be dropped if you do MSDs and get it down to 0.00081.

My own deal is getting redone because the residual and anniversary credit don't come out of the dealer's profit. So no loss to them.

Is it possible the residuals are location specific? My dealer, and all the other information I can find for a 435i GC (edmunds forum) says 64% for 36/10k.
