Sometimes when driving in Eco-Pro mode for over an hour at highway speeds (120km/h) and while making a lane change or going through a large radius curve I'll feel an unusually high resistance in the steering wheel. It actually feels like the steering wheel is sticking. This issue is intermittent and is quite noticeable since the steering is very light in Eco-Pro. My car is a Canadian version. Any idea what could be the issue here?

Didn't think anyone really used Eco-Pro, especially in a Sportline.

Push your button UP instead of DOWN and all your problems will be solved.

That would be your problem right there.

I use eco pro whenever LA traffic beats me into submission and I resign myself to merely following the car ahead. I've got a 2012 6MT but I've never experienced the issue you describe.

Generally I only throw it into Eco-Pro on the highway, otherwise I am in SPORT, but the few times I have used it I haven't noticed anything like you mention.

It's likely that this has nothing to do with Eco Pro and perhaps there is an actual issue developing in the steering system.

Might be worth taking it to the dealer for a check out.

I'm also in a 2013 328i 6MT Sportline... but... I can't recall the last time I ever went into Eco-Pro mode.

Garage List
I use Eco-Pro on the highway for long drives. Did a couple 150km drives this long weekend in Eco-Pro and didn't notice what you're mentioning... Your camber/alignment may be off.
