E-Sys 3.26.1 Windows Aren't Displaying Properly

I've searched everywhere for an answer to this, I've tried changing all settings within the Windows OS 8.1 and I can't figure out why the Text within Esys Windows doesn't seem to fit properly. I can't expand the windows, and I can't get to the buttons at the bottom of the Settings Window.

I'm running E-Sys 3.26.1 on a Virtual (Parallels 10) Machine.

Hopefully you can see the issue I'm referring to in this screenshot and help me.

I have the same problem with my Dell XPS 13 QHD+ display. Seems to be a scaling issue and from what I've looked into, no solution as of yet
