Looking to buy H&R sport springs
Hello i currently own a 2013 f30 BMW 328i M-sport. I am looking for H&R sport springs that will give my car aprox. 1.4 inches in the front and .7 in the back. Also do you guys think this is a good choice?

Make sure you pair the springs with the Bilstein B8 shocks, unless you have dynamic handling package, then you are fine.

I'm running H&R Sport Springs on an M Sport with DHP. If you have non-DHP M Sport you would still get the same drop, which I find perfect for daily driving.
I also installed H&R Spacers for a more aggressive look with the drop.

If you are a Base/Luxury/Modern Line, then the 1.4 inch front drop is what you'll get from H&R Sport Springs. Rear will be more like 1.2 inches. Sport/M-Sport Line is lower to begin with, so the H&R Sport Springs will give you a 1.0 inch front and 0.9 inch rear drop. If you want control over the heigh of the drop, you need to go coilovers. |

Approximate lowering of 1.3"F/0.7"R for vehicles with sport suspension, 1.5"F/1.0"R for vehicles with standard suspension. I did not take measurements to confirm how much my car actually dropped, but these figures sound reasonable to me.

I forgot to mention, the H&R Sport Springs will not lower the front as much on a 328i due to the lighter engine; unless they started shipping 328i specific springs to the USA. In the beginning, they were only sending 335i Springs for all applications. |

I believe they still use the same springs for 328i & 335i
