Connected drive non stop reboots

Have a 2015 F32 & last couple of weeks as the car starts, the screen display the ConnectedDrive logo and after like 15 seconds you heard a pop on the speakers and the system seem to restart and shows the logo screen again. The radio does not work at all

Does any one has any details on which component is at failure here ? Will like to see if can buy myself the item and replace it VS having a dealer charge me an arm and a leg

That's typical of CIC hard drive failure. You may be able to find a used CIC, but it will require programming.
