Would you buy M mirrors for your 3/4 series?

I am just curious, if the M mirrors were cheaper (say 50% off OEM) would you buy them for your 3/4 series?

Are OEM M3/4 mirrors interchangeable with F30/32 BMWs?

It's possible, but you need to change the whole mirror base as well.

I'll get M mirrors when I finally get an M3. Seems like there's plenty of better ways to spend money on a car imo

1.How much hp/torque do they add?

2.Does it lower my coefficient drag?

I wouldn't put M stickers and badges on my car let alone proper M mirrors. Keep the M products on M cars please!

Yes. There are 3 iterations now. They keep getting redesigned. I bought the very first ones which were the only option at the time but pretty ugly. I have all three and they keep getting better. My new non carbon fiber ones are being wrapped and my new carbon fiber ones will be delivered tomorrow.

Did the swap on my 3 series & liked them (but std mirrors on that car were fugly) - not gonna do it for the new 4 series, the factory 4 mirrors look fine (esp with the OEM CF covers)

I have m4 mirrors on my f32 (along with an m4 trunk, steering wheel, m4 center console, door panels, and seats.) I get a lot of compliments on all of it. Yes, it hurt the wallet, but I'm happy I did all of it. No m4 logos

I always wondered about how many non-BMW owners would ever notice the difference.

I believe the mirrors are very different and a non-BMW owner could tell right away between a car with M mirrors and a car without. I guess people in Asia are much more into posing? cause I do hear a lot of interests in this part of the world.
