N20 fuel pump stying on after closing the car

Hi Guys,
I have an problem in my 328xi N20 with woter pump. Its staying on after shutting the sytem down untill the battery will discherge.
I know that the problem appear in N55.
Please, help me guys.

I would probably take it to the dealer, the car is still under warranty unless you have more than 50k on it.
