Waste gate help!

Hello so I have a 2018 bmw 320i I’ve been getting over boosting codes and drivetrain malfunction on eco no throttle and sport under WOT I’ve change the waste gate but now the ecu is clicking and the waste gate is whining I connect the old one and it wines too when I put I turn it on in accessory.

It's possible the actual wastegate flap is seized and that is not letting the actuator arm move.

Thoughts? Billfitz

this is starting to become a common issue on alot of n20, have you been tuned on bm3 by any chance
