If you saw the two screens you would recognise the difference, the newer version has more 3D type graphics in all areas. Funkier screen scrolling, etc. The nav screen also shows detailed 3D city graphics, so will show Big Ben etc. if you were in London.

But the key differential, is the speed at which it can determine the route. It also has extra route options too, an ECOPRO route whatever that means, as the old system has ECO route.

Hi, sorry I took a while to get back to you. The demo car I drove was a Touring and definitely had the new nab - very nice indeed! I made a really point of checking with the sales guy and he confirmed that my F30 would definitely get the new Pro Nav, as it's only due for delivery w/c 17th Dec, so guess build will be late Nov.

Can't wait to get the car - the F31 330d was fantastic to drive ...

I have gone for EBII with beige leather/sun protection glass and full sun roof, the latter letting lots of light in, I test drove the 330D M Sport with full s/roof and it made a huge difference to an "spacious airy feel" inside.

That looks very nice indeed. Great to see a red one. What do you think of the adaptive suspension? After being in a F30 with standard suspension set up this week I felt like I needed firmer suspension. Does the adaptive provide this? Cant put my finger on it, but it felt more like being in an armchair than a sporty car. Some people like this set up - but not me.

Sadly BMW only offered 3 colours as standard (M Sport, and of course to push you into the extra cost versions)), and each theme is set. By that I mean if you went for the beige colour seats you got beige everything, which only works with certain exterior colours.

NISFAN totally agree with you, BMW made it as hard as possible with the M Sport and offering only 3 standard interior options, the ALL beige is yuk and would be a nightmare to maintain! The black Dakota leather was the easiest decision for me, having said that the most popular combo in the States are the Superman colours....ESII with Coral Red... !!
