Is this deal possible?

Hi... wondering if this is possible as I am reading some deals. Would like some input, thank you.

2015 428i xdrive Gran Coupe - MSRP $47,525.

$500 due at signing (this is everything out of pocket)

15K miles per year

$475 / month with 7% NJ tax IN Payment (would be looking for 36/39 months).

Thoughts?

Also, any good recommendations for NJ dealership would be appreciated.

I see no possible way to get that deal. Even a stripper is gonna be more than that. And BMWs advertised deals, which are higher, also require money down. I'm putting money down and trading in and I'm still in the high $600's with just 10k miles a year.

hard but not impossible since you live in NJ you can put 7x MSD to lower payments and recoup the MSD at the end. I'm paying $538 a month including 9% CA tax for a fully loaded 435i m-sport @ 12k/year.

How did that happen? On their site when I load up a 435iX, it tells me $859 a month with $2500 plus tax and an $825 acquisition fee down, with an MSRP of $68775.

I think there is some confusion.

That is MSRP.

I am asking IF its possible with that car... with that MSRP... with 15K a year, with $500 due at signing... if that type of payment is possible?

Of course it would be an amazing deal... I am just asking if its possible based on other deals people have gotten/seen.
If people are paying $537/$550 for a 335/435, etc with 1st month down and 12-15k a year... then this number seems like its possible.
