V2 Issues. Procede Users Help!

So was up untill 4am trying to get my PROcede v2 installed and working. The problem I am having is that whenever I get past 3-4000 RPM's my car goes into limp mode (I get the half yellow engine light). I have checked and rechecked the wiring (esp. 6 & 7) and everything is as it should be. The car runs fin with the bypass plugs in. It is a fresh install of version 2.0.2 (no prev. versions of PROcede) and I don't have any other mods (BOV, etc) and there are no codes thrown.

Is my PROcede unit bad? I tried searching all over in the vishnu forums, and found:

Quote:
Not surprisingly, this code usually happens with people who have installed boost gauges and/or blow off valves in their cars. Often, the vacuum lines that they "T" into aren't tie wrapped, causing them to leak ever so slightly. And sometimes the blow off valve used leaks at its diaphram. Our suggestion would be to get rid of it and rely on the stock bypass valves (which don't leak!).

If none of this works, and your car still throws the code, it could just mean that your turbos, for some reason, can't acheive the desired boost level. This could be caused by manufacturing deviance or even sensor variance. This is not a problem. All you will need is to upload a new PROced map with slightly lower boost targets. Don't worry.. you wont feel any power loss. We're only talking about a 0.25psi reduction in boost level above 5000rpm. If you need that map, let us know and we can post it up here.

So it seems to me that my turbos cant achieve the desired boos level? WTF? Does any one know where I can get this 'new PROcede map' with lower boost targets? I cant find it any where on their site, and I dont think they work the weekends so no one will answer my posts in their forums. I am getting pretty frustrated at this point.

Any ideas?

I would begin with re-installing the Reader software, then the firware and then the map just to be 100% sure everything ios correct:

In addition you can try to run the car with bypass plugs only to make sure the harness is installed correctly. GL !

Adam, did you unplug your battery while you did the install? Some have said that if they went straight from nothing to V2, the car had a difficult time adapting.

I suggest unplugging battery for at least an hour, then taking it easy for the first couple runs. Let the car slowly get used to the higher boost.

I had the battery disconnected when I did the install, but I may just try re flashing and starting from scratch as I have been all the steps in that link except the firmware (as I already have 2.0). Maybe I will try redoing everything including the firmware, then let it sit for an hour with the battery disconnected.

Quick Update. I went through all those steps and reflashed the procede unit and it seems to be working just fine now. Although before I reflashed I checked the firmware version and it said somthing like 2 ver 1. But the latest firmware from vishnu (http://www.vishnutuningforum.com/for...read.php?t=348) is pro01v03beta1-1. Is this older than the version that my unit came shipped with?

Did you put the vacuum hoses back to stock configuration?
