Originally thought this idle surge I had going on was from not replacing Spark plugs and coilpacks as My 340i sits at 60k miles.Replaced both of those and after the car has been sitting for 8+ hours. It did it again.Car will idle for a min then rpm’s will drop then Almost shut the entire engine off and kick back up to catch itself. It is on stage 2 but this was happening on stage 1 bm3.Disabled Gts Startup and thought it fixed it because I noticed the car did not like it but now I’m stumped.Vaccum leak? Dirty Maf sensor? Battery replacement? Fuel injector issue? Please help

OEM is good, just checking. Usually disabling cold start causes problems. If you are on OEM cold start with raised ldle and still have a problem you can just unplugging the MAF and starting it and see if it still happens. If it does, smoke/pressure test might be up next.
