Maybe growth based. Out dealership is number 9 but wasn't ranked last year and the one in Austin TX was top 10 but not ranked this year (same owner). At any rate, I'm proud my guys made it.

Have first hand experience dealing with

New f30 335i - 11. BMW of Ridgefield, Ridgefield, CT
CPO f30 335i - 12. Schomp BMW of Highlands Ranch, Highlands Ranch, CO

IMO, they have both earned these distinctions. It makes me wonder what the 1 - 10 guys are doing, since my experience at both of these dealerships has been transparent, very timely and exceptionally courteous. Good to see they have been recognized for that effort.

This must be a list of dealers who make BMWNA the most money or had the most growth. Otherwise, how is there no BMW of South Atlanta or Steve Thomas BMW? Yawn.

After the way they screwed me over, I am so glad that Momentum BMW from Houston TX is not on this list.

Whatever criteria led to this must've excluded the salespeople being complete asses.
This statement doesn't match my experience at all. Bought 2 cars from Westchester BMW and their service advisors are rip-offs to the nth degree. They even lost the key to a car that was in for service. OTOH sales people have always been respectful and I dress like I have no money. lol

Recently went to Pace where my buddy got a really great deal, and the salesman is telling me the MF is .00159 and when confronted with .00130 gave me some BS story. They did find reality though in the end when presented w a realistic deal. Earlier had another salesperson at Pace that came straight from a frat party......kid gave me no confidence in knowing what he was doing.

Ended up leasing in CT at paces other dealership (Greenwich)so I can use MSD and NO salesperson in NY ever suggested that I do that so they are ALL concealing something of value to the customer. I had the worst salesperson ever at Greenwich so I came in on his day off and leased the car off the manager. Both dealerships where just bought by Penske btw.

Does your SA remind you to give high marks on the follow-up call?

Hendricks gave me a full and through response to an inquiry about a car I had an interest in a while back. It was impressive.

East bay BMW does it again. I think that is like 15 years in a row now. I'm probably going to be getting my car from them

You got that right, brother. Reeves BMW in Tampa - awful (being nice). I have bought three (tried for four) and an Audi TT Roadster from them, not including the multiple cars my wives bought, plus about anothef $1.5M in cars from the rest of my family (my father gets a loaded 750iL every two years) and my brothers have bought four cars from them.

I tried to Pull Ahead and started the process on 7/20 hoping for a car late September to get my last three payments waived. I had asked for a Z4 3.5is blue over black and PDC. Not ordered and I got screwed out of Pull Ahead. Continued beating my head against the wall until January 2 (my lease was up on 1/10) when I sent an email to the sales manager for the same damn car. I get an email from BMWFS asking what's going on with my 335is. I tell them I ordered a car and they ask for the order number. I email the sales manager with their request and the response I get is 'What car? What spec?' After six months and change are you guys mental midgets?

Now I'm beyond upset. I ask him to make amends by dropping a couple grand of ordering an M235i. He says he can't make a business case for that - after all the BS I went through and incentives I otherwise lost on other cars and the fact that had he done so, they would hwve sold a loaded 750iL, an Audi S4, an X3, and either a Z4 or and M235i. Plus they'd have gotten my mint 335is with17k on the odo (13k under).

On top of that I had BMWFS firmly ensconced within my a$$ with almost daily harassment collection calls for their car that I can get THREE dealerships to do $hit. One I contacted four times, once in November saying that if they could get me a Z4 3.5is that wasn't my color at a good price I'd have taken it that day. No call and the car is still on their lot 100 days later. Apparently, everybody doesn't need the money. If so, why work? Jeez, I'd kiil for a laydown like me.

I ended up having to find a car online and assume a lease. How effin sad is that? I will be hard-pressed to ever give any of these fvckers my money again. I will even go out of my way to get my car maintained by someone other than them.

I haven't had an opportunity to contact BMW NA or the owner, but that is going to happen. In the meantime, I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. No business case for a 14-year customer who never even shopped them and played the against other dealers? Wow! Talk about delusional.

Reeves BMW in Tampa - caveat emptor!

I bought a CPO 2005 E60 there back in 2007. It was a decent experience, although the guy who appraised my E53 X5 trade was a thug and asked me trick questions like whether I had the timing belt replaced on it yet.

I've passed by them on two new BMW purchases, though, and bought from another Denver dealer. Schomp is a no-haggle dealer, and they truly will not budge a dime on their price. This may be a more significant factor buying new, because their "one price" is usually right in the middle between invoice and MSRP. Meaning that it should be possible to do better.

The price on the CPO I bought was about right.
