F10 M5 Reps on Black Sapphire Metallic 328i

Got my gunmetal/machined face F10 M5 reps installed.

Front:
19x8.5 ET35
245-40-R19 Ventus V12

Rear:
19x9.5 ET38
275-35-R19 Ventus V12

Differences between these and the 17's...
  • I actually have oversteer now!
  • Much more grip
  • Poor grip when tires/ground is cold
  • No rubbing (yet, not anticipated though)
  • Substantially smoother ride
  • Does not take bumps as well
  • Looks much better!
  • Quality absolutely looks/feels OEM

**********s was great, only issues were that they shipped out two days later than quoted but that wasn't a big deal at all. I also only got 3 BMW centercap stickers (they aren't actual centercaps, they come with black caps and then you put the stickers on them but they are high quality and look good). I am waiting to hear back from them about that. Otherwise no issues. Quick shipping once it was out via UPS Ground and they were packaged VERY well.

Very nice. I'm probably going buy these wheels from **********s, too.

It looks mean from the back view.

I see you have a 245's up front and 275's for the rears. That's a little wider than I seen from the others that bought these tires.

What kind of suspension do you have? Do you have the Sport line where the car is lowered 10mm? There appears to be a pretty good gap in the last picture. But, really hard to tell with a black car.

Thanks for posting. It helps me decide what to do with my car when it arrives.

I bought the tires from another member on this forum, so I couldn't really pick what size I wanted. I would probably go with 265's at the back if I were to buy it new but I am absolutely happy with my set up.

I have the base line. I am considering a drop but am concerned with rubbing. There is a definite gap but it doesn't look bad in person.

The car looks stout from the back. Not overly wide like I have seen some cars, but it definitely does NOT look factory. Not in a bad way, but yeah.

I just ordered today a M-Sport with adaptive M suspension. I've seen a number of forum members that have gone with the H&R Sport springs. Looks great. I'm considering those or even the less aggressive H&R OE Sport springs. I'm not too concerned about a rub, especially with 235 fronts and 265 rears. I'm a little more concerned with stressing the adaptive dampers and the ride.

I'm taking ED. I've got like four months to obsess over it!

That's awesome man! I'm sure you'll have a lot more fun driving it than waiting to go pick it up

Looking good, thanks for the pics. I've been thnking about these myself. Not sure about machined face feels generally, but these are a nice looking wheel. Any more side shots in daylight?

Looks great! I went with 20" 225/35 f and 255/30 r. 20x8.5 et32 for all sides. Still getting used to the aggressiveness. Looking at your pics relieved me because comparing your specs, the website says yours stick out 4mm more than mine and yours look perfect! Planning to go h&r sport springs too. I really hope they wont rub! Does anyone know what the drop for the h&r oe springs are?

The anticipated drop range is on the H&R website. I think it's in the .75" range. And other posters have stated the drop in the front varies if you have a 328i or a 335i. I've not seen anyone in these forums go with the OE Sports. Everyone is on the Sports or Super Sports.
