BMW F30 335i M-Sport Before and After coil-overs
Hi everyone,
We wanted to give you a more in-depth look at the BMW F30 coilover setup from BC Racing. Their BR model is perfect for street driving and occasional road course duty. With easily accessible adjustment knobs for fine tuning your compression/rebound and separately adjustable ride height, having a performance coilover system couldn’t be any easier. You choose how low or high you want your vehicle - no preset ride height here - and the patented concave lower locking ring keeps it locked in. All of the BC systems come with top-quality mounts to provide the most feedback possible from your suspension and to sharpen your steering response. The included front camber plates also allow you to get the perfect alignment setup without compromise. BC Racing camber plates are vehicle specific and engineered to be rigid superior replacements to the OE Top hats. These plates can reach 3 degrees of camber depending on the level of drop. Each lower mount is designed with the OEM in hand to ensure OEM like fit and exact tolerance specifications matching OE manufacturers. All this while providing a strong, attractive looking coilover system that won't break the bank! Minimum height is actually higher than stock and maximum low is 100% undrivable - so these give you the adjustment needed for any setup. You can start to see why we are fans of their products. "The car was raised to a nice drivable height that eliminated most of the "wheel gap"."

Not 100% sure about that. With these at full drop, you can't turn the steering wheel more than 75 degrees. If someone want's to go lower, I'm not sure how you would get anywhere without rubbing the fenders to the point of cracking the paint.

aren't the point of getting coilovers to be able to rip through corners? that would just rub like crazy. I tried to do it once but every time I cornered hard in my cars, it would just rub all over the place. I would put it low enough but make sure it driveable.

It's definitely no longer that low, but it's still quite low, like in the very last picture, and does NOT rub with the OEM wheels on it. I'm sure we will be raising it once again once the new wheels arrive.
