Selling a brand new, uninstalled OEM BMW M-Performance Limited Slip Differential. This is part #33107555607 for the RWD F3x N55 cars. This part is no longer being sold and is discontinued. Never got around to installing this bad boy, and with all the quarantining that's going around, thought I'd give this a shot...Until I realized all the "special BMW tools" that were required. Considered having a shop put it in, until I realized what the shops were trying to swindle me for. Finally, it was at this moment that I realized it would probably be wise to use this money in case I come down with COVID19. In all seriousness, I would rather have someone pick it up locally with CASH in hand. Open to shipping, but at BUYER'S EXPENSE (at 79lbs. this thing won't be cheap to haul across the state). probably talking about another LSD that was bought for <$600 being sold for +$1,000.. the best was when someone was trying to get the full +$2k for it. glws tho!

Well, you know what? If you wanted a LSD for <600 you should have bought one when they were on sale...

Not his problem. I think asking 1/2 of what they were b4 sale is totally fair

I got one at <600 but would not be upset at paying his price for a new one at this point since they are discontinued

Thanks 1QuikwS6. Exactly what you said! Retail of an lsd right now is $2,000, that is, if you can find one in stock. Most of the brand new, uninstalled lsd’s being sold by 3rd party on ebay range from 1,400 - 1,800. I think $1,400 is a fair price coming from $2,000. If you wanted to pay any less, should’ve grabbed one during the sale. To be honest, I didn’t know about such a sale when I went to purchase mine and paid the full 2 grand plus shipping.

Well you know what else?? You're probably ok with fresh seafood being around $20 a pound since this pandemic. Or better yet, probably cool with hand sanitizer being sold for $30 a bottle or toilet paper being sold at 2x prices. Guess we should have stockpiled everything beforehand, huh? Unfortunate to see that you're tainted by those that know that this item was <$600. It was the best $570 i've spent on this car and is a big factor as to why my f30 will be a keeper for a long time.

I hope someone does come along and see the value in this LSD at the price point that you have for it because had I test drove my car with it now vs the open diff from factory, I would certainly pay the listing price vs the original $2k+ for it having now a better understanding of how it compares to when I drove without it.

GLWS OP, hope you don't end up scamming someone into a good item
