Hi guys - I'm looking at a used (non-BMW dealer) for a 2012 Black on Black 335i (RWD). Only option is the Premium Package and is a sport line. It has 30,000 kms on it. Registered in April 2012 (so 1.5 years old).

Is $43,000 a good deal. What worries me is that all 4 rims look like they have been beat up, have lots of curb damage. Wander if the damage could be worse behind them? The sales guy said he can get all the rims sanded down and touched up with paint?? Is that common practice and will they look new, further can the paint wear off then over time.

So what's the consensus, is $43K a good deal??

btw, the wheels should not be touched up painted. They should be resurfaced and repainted entirely, otherwise, the oem paint will not match to the touched up paint.
