Help with ZGM error fault

Hi I remapped my car and since then, when I 've any fault, at the same time always have the fault:

fem_gw: ZGM: central fault memory full - no control-module fault - 801C20

And I can't clear it, I need to reset ECU to clear the code fault.

My car is a F30 320d from 2014.

Integration step:

Current: F020-15-7-506
Last: F020-14-11-501
Shipment: F020-14-7-503

How can I solve it?

Many thanks!
