Used 2012 328i Convertible - Experiences?
I'm looking to purchase a used convertible for the short Minnesota summers. Found one for 19K (2012 328i) and am wondering if anyone has experience with them. I believe it was the first year for the model. This car has 59K on it.
I've owned many BMWs, currently have a 17 X5, so experienced with BMW, just not the 3 series convertible. I'm also very tall, haven't checked out the headroom in the vert versus the sedan or coupe. Last edited by mnx5er; 02-20-2017 at 11:05 PM.. |

I have a 2012 (non-convert) with 57k miles. I have been very satisfied with it thus far. Being that I am out of the "free" maintenance period, I now go to an indy garage and have only had to do routine maintenance. Every indy mechanic that has looked at my car/engine tells me how nice and well-maintained it is. No major complaints here apart from some rattles in the doors on rough roads that bother me. Rattles seem to be pretty common in this generation of 3 series.
