Old PSdZData not maintained, and Untrimmed PSdZData has nothing to so with it.

What is the exact cafd_00000794-012_037_100 error you are getting?

Can you VO Code FEM without error not using 522?

Assuming so, there is nothing wrong except for fact that 522 Coding is not compatable with your FEM Firmware.
