Service..what should they do with my car?

Hi
I looked up on idrive about service history. I have 5 services, each time i got only oil change but only 1 micro filter replacement. I think there is filter to change every oil change and some have to change every 2nd oil change. What do i miss?

They do not change the filter I filter until the 3rd oil change.

Also: where did you find this in your menu??

It's under vehicle info > service required > service history.

If you find yours, please share what service you got each time.

To be clear, the oil filter is changed every time the oil is changed and is different from the micro filter shown above, which is the cabin filter for the air you breathe inside the car.

My car doesn't not show this. I'm in the US. Maybe that's why?

Not true. My SA told me is every 3rd change. I also swapped my filter out after my 2nd oil change and it was definitely not new.

you should look at the printout that the service advisor gives you
it will have more detail

Mt 2 Series had it's first oil service this Spring and the oil filter element was changed.It's listed on the paper work I received.I think your SA is talking about an air filter change. Every third change would be roughly 30K miles,which a normal air filter element interval.

I meant air filter. My bad for the confusion.
