What size tires did you put in the 513m?

How would you get rid of the tire poke with the 513Ms on an f30? Is there a specific tire size and lowering amount that can get rid of the poke while not rubbing?

255/40/18=26.0". 275/35/18=25.7", too small

285/35/18(25.9") is the matching rear with 255/40/18

since 255/40/18 stretched on 10", i've been waiting for someone to run a 285/35/18 back there. It wouldve looked so stoudt.

I guess the wait continues...

Hi,
I am considering this setup, people say though I need to be et45 with10" in the rear, did you have to do extreme camber to fit in the rear?

Staggered set of 513 bolt right up to F31 with no issues.

People in my Danish forum just tells me that I need to run ET45 minimum on a 10" wheel. When you say staggered, you mean I need to lower it significantly more than M-sport suspension?

these 437M have 285/30/19(25.7") on 10" @ ET40 at the rear
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...&postcount=290
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...&postcount=321

285/35/18(25.9") on 10" @ ET40 would have a slightly bigger 3-dimensional footprint.

the pics in the link are of 285/35/18 @ ET45 rear of an F30. imagine it poking 5mm further out for ET40

not sure what "working" or "not working" means for you regarding fitment, but
here is 295/30/19(26") at ET47 on an F30
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1392811

and 295/30/19 on 10" @ ET40 on 437M rears on an F36 which pokes way more than i care for
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...&postcount=260

im not advocating you run the 285/35/18 but merely showing you that people have run larger than a 285/35/18 3-D footprint at ET47 and ET40, and their respective position. if you're more comfortable with 255 on 10" as the still the safer "working" option for you then stay with that.

FWIW 235/45/18(26.3")-265/40/18(26.3") or 245/40/18(25.7")+275/35/18(25.6") lowered, would be an alternate staggered fitments for 513M on an x-drive.
