Just ordered a loaded MY 2013 335i ... At INVOICE!

I have to share, I just got back from ordering my new 2013 335i. Best part, I got it for invoice for the car and the options. Then using Team USA and Grad discount from a masters degree to get it to 2000 under invoice.

Mineral Grey
Everest Grey Leather
Sport Line
Premium Package
Cold Weather
Drivers assistance
Tech
Sport Auto W Paddles
Auto High beams
HK audio

180 training
225 Maco,
199 Doc fee
Washed, detailed, fueled when arriving at dealer

$49,635. I am stoked

What is the MSRP on that 335i?
And is that the pre tax selling price, or does it include state tax?

That's a killer deal. Mine was limited on the options and priced out at about $4k under that when all said and done.

How did you qualify for the graduate rebate? My dealer told me today the car had to cost less than $45000 in order for to be qualified for the rebate.

BMW Financial has a checklist that has to be met in order to qualify. The $45000 requirement is explained as:

Quote:
Advance requirements
❑ New and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles that are 3 model years old
or newer, Advance within standard guidelines or max advance
of $45,000 + TT&L
See attached checklist.

He didnt mention it to be honest. I am assuming because of the max 45000 advance. I will be putting enough down to be way under 45000 loaned out, that that section will not affect me.

My 13 order placed yesterday as well. Week 27 production number so looks like we'll be playing the waiting game together.

@martianpc

might go to david too. Quick questions. Do you have to actually do a test drive for the team usa discount or could you just ask for it? Also, i was under the assumption that the team usa discount doesn't work with ED orders.

You may want to ask for the updated bulletin. The first part contains the following:

"• $45,000 Max Advance has been removed. Advance now will be based only on their FICO score and income."

Why would they sell you a car at invoice, especially a 335i which has a little more limited allocations? Did you trade in a car or something?

No trade in, just a great CA.

Was the $45,000 Max advance the same thing as "we'll finance your car for up to $45,000 and give you the best rate, regardless of your income?"

But now that's gone so the amount they'll finance is now dependent on income and FICO?

Awesome. That's a fantastic deal.

If that also includes the $199 doc fee, it looks like it's more than $2000 under invoice.

Do you happen to know what the actual MACO/training invoice is?
8% off MSRP is typically what BMW invoice shows on edmunds.com, but then you have to add the MACO/training to it to get actual invoice.
Your deal looks even better than that.

@ RPM90 == Maco was $225, Training was 180.

@John == The CA happens to be in the top sales rankings for the whole US. He literally has been the number one M sales person in the US. Two years straight. I am pretty sure he knows what he is doing.

Congrats!
I'm in the process of ordering a MY 2013 M Sport. The dealer I talked to today said that they couldn't/aren't allowed to combine the USAA discount with the Olympic discount. What dealer did you go through? If another dealer is giving different answers, I'd like to know so I can press the issue. Losing an extra $1000 off isn't ideal.
