What's the purchase price? I think you can squeeze a bit more out of them.

So, your car is this:
328i xDrive ($46,200.00) Sport Line ($1,500.00) Metallic Paint ($800.00) Premium Package ($3,500.00) Heated Steering ($250.00) TOTAL: $52,250.00 Residual value on a 328i xDrive for 48 months: 20k km per year - 50% - $26,125.00 16k km per year - 51% - $26,647.50 12k km per year - 52% - $27,170.00 The dealer should be able to give you 6~7% off your MSRP, plus this month there is an additional $1,500 off from BMW. Assuming you get 6% + the $1,500.00 off, you're looking at a price of $47,615.00 Assuming you opt for 20k km per year, with 0 down on a 48 month lease, your monthly payment should be: $567.54 (without tax) or $641.32 (with 13% HST - Ontario) I don't know what you've included in your payment upon delivery, please post a breakdown.

BMW advertises "No-charge option credit of $2,000" towards the 328i xDrive, and if I'm not mistaken, $500 comes from the dealer. So $1500 from BMW.
This isn't exclusive to BMW Toronto, but is listed on their webpage: http://www.bmwtoronto.ca/special-off...-january-328xi

Oh, that's very insightful. Do you know if the 3.9% lease rate applies to RWD 328i Sportlines as well? Or just xdrive classics?

I'm not sure about the RWD, but I do know it can also be applied towards the Luxury, Sport, or Modern 328i xDrive.

Needing some help
Is the dealership going to honor the $2000 no credit option for the 328xi (fully loaded) if its not the classic line as advertised. Also, do you guys think if I have worked out a deal with the ca then bring this in, what is the best way to get the ca to add the credit on to existing deal? I have talked the cost 3200 down from MSRP of 53600. (Does that sound like a decent deal?)
Thanks! |

A $3200 discount is pretty good, but you could push for a little more. Unfortunately however, the option credit was valid until the end of January from what I've been told. Best of luck with your negotiations! |

There are new incentives in Ontario because of the Autoshow....much better than last months.
Big push for the X3 this month...rates dropped 2 points (residuals didn't!) Message me if you are looking for details or production dates. Steve steve.desantis@bmwtoronto.ca |

would be interesting to know what the deals are for feb!
I think the 2000 incentive is still around from what I hear but only applicable to the 328 Let us know what deal you get! I also saw that the 528 dropped to 1.9% too |

Ended up getting 36 month lease with $5K upon delivery for $657 tax in.
328i xdrive sports line with premium package i.e. nav, heated steering wheel, sirius satellite radio, excess wear and tear upon lease return warranty (something like that). |
