What do mean by tune a jb4? Don't understand exactly what you are trying to do.

I guess what I meant is to adjust settings so my car runs at the optimum performance. I know every car is different so some parameters must be adjusted for the car to run good.

In that case, you need to do a log and post it on n54tech in support and ask how things look. There is not a "shop" somewhere that knows this stuff better than those guys. They are the tuners.

I could be wrong but I believe I read somewhere that Cobb Tuning can do it.

Yeah I think they do, that's only if you have Cobb access port and use JB4 with it.
