Any problems leasing in Quebec while living in Ontario?

Any issues with insurance?

What about taxes/omvic/etc.?

I'm doing it the other way around, leasing from an Ontario dealer, there's no issues other than you may need to do the registration yourself and get a temporary plate for you new car if your dealer isn't able to get one directly from the omvic. For taxes that's handled by BMW FS, they will make sure you are paying taxes to your registered address province. If it's a brand new car, I assume the safety will be waived by omvic just like it is for new cars in Qc.
