2013 328 Lease Deal
Hi all,
I ordered a 2013 328i, and am currently negotiating a 10k/36 month lease. What do you think of these numbers: MSRP: $55,420 Invoice: $51,430 Sale Price: $51,420 Rebate: $1,750 (March cash + loyalty) Residual: 63% Money Factor: .0013 Acquisition Fee: $725 (added to cap cost) Upfront Fees: Documentation Fee: $80 CA Tire Tax: $7 CA Registration Fees: ~$433 Upfront Taxes: $164.70 (tax on rebates + doc fee) Monthly: $590; Driveoff (incl. 1st month payment): $1,275 I'm not interested in MSDs because I want to reserve my ability to assign the lease in a couple of years. Thanks! |

If your asking how numbers look I figured it right on with what your posting.
Congrats! FYI... If you pay Acq fee up front your monthly will drop to 567. Will save you about $105 over the lease period paying it now instead of adding into cap cost |

Hmmm residual on 335i 10k/36 is 65%
If you can do7 MSD You'll save 1500-1800 hundred on your lease. Not a throw away money IMO |
