20 years apart, same place, different cars UPDATED PICS DEC 5

Our 1993 BMW 318i, and 2014 Bmw 420i Gran coupe, one was a lot easier to get into our Garage.

Went from 318i, to green e46 new in 99 (still have car) to 420i October this year, before I met the wife started off in biking, pics attached.
The e36, and e46, were a lot easier to get into garage due to width, Gran coupe will only go in with mirrors folded, and then its tight.

Not sure if serious but obviously modern cars have grown huge so the 4GC much harder to fit in the same garage I assume.
