Passenger window button not working. Button is not lit up either.

From the driver side buttons, I am able to operate the front passenger window making it go up and down. The passenger side button, however, is not lit up nor does it work when trying to make the window go up and down. The car is only 3 days old and it was a brand new 328xi 2015. Anyone else have this issue before?

Window locks are not on.

And the passenger window lock button on your door is not activated?

Sounds like a connector was not properly clicked in and has slipped out

When you say this, you mean child lock is not activated correct?

Are you referring to the front passenger window? If so, I believe that window is not affected by the window lock. Only the rear windows get locked.

Sounds like the switch is not connected or faulty. Take it to the dealer. Will be fixed under warranty.
