It would be interesting to see what the age demographic is for the typical F30 buyer. Based on the tone of the forum I would predict the average owner to be 30 to 35.

In Australia, the demographic is older as the F30 is so much more expensive here, thus denying access to our younger BMW aspirants!

In malaysia, due to hefty tax therefore high car prices. So demographic here for ppl buying f30 will be late 20s to mid 30s. Some at mid 40s will oso buy f30

Crikey. You yanks don't half get it good having so many people in their twenties being able to afford and insure a new Beemer. Very rare to be able to afford to buy, and almost unheard of to insure a £40k car at that age in the UK.

And you need age thresholds which don't overlap. Someone who is 40 can select either 35-40 or 40-45.

Yes, I thought about this when I created the poll. I was hoping that if you had achieved your 40th birthday then you be classified as 40 to 45. If you were 39 years and any number of days then you would be 35 to 40. In other words, the age ranges are inclusive of all the values in between. Hope this makes sense.

I think it would also be really interesting to see the difference between the 328i and 335i average ages, in addition to all F30 owners grouped together.
