Hey all, Ive just purchased a used 2012 320D with factory nav and bluetooth.

From reading on here, if I want to get enhanced features like enhanced bluetooth and streaming etc, i would need to add a combox or upgrade to an NBT headunit (as I likely have a HU_Entry). I feel like this is something I should do and bring the car into 2017.

Does anyone know anywhere in Melb I could get this done or someone who could help?

Also in Melb and just purchased a 2013 320d and couldn't believe it didn't have Bluetooth Audio streaming, i just thought that was a safe assumption (My bad).

Anyway, I'm interested in how you went as its all very confusing how all the coding works to get Enhanced Bluetooth working.

Have a look in the nbt sub forum as this was a major topic back in 2014. From memory you needed esys to code it.

It you could just use the aux in with a USB powered BT receiver. Though no steering wheel controls.
