I'm guessing that including "doc fee" you are close to 1K over invoice, which is decent.
If you take delivery this month BMWFS offers $1,500 off +0.9% APR for contracts up to 36 months; for December you can lock in $750+0.9% or get better depending on December incentives.

What is the selling price?
For comparison, a new '15 328ixGT with the same spec is selling well under 50K now.
Also, if you have any cash (in that down payment) you can lower the MF by .00049 by maxing the MSD's.

Hey, would like feedback on a new BMW 340xi lease. I don't have the total breakdown but was wondering strictly on the lease payment if this is looking like a good deal. Dealer is giving me a PCD in SC and a night at a nice hotel with dinner. I will be going to the dealership Saturday to build the vehicle and hope I am not getting ripped off.

MSRP $59,395
$53,466 negotiated price total (using USAA)
62% residual
$4500 in msd's
$631 a month total
36/10k

I do believe first payment is the only cash due at signing other than the 7 MSD's. I know the info I have is limited but hoping someone has feedback. Thank you.

Are the November residuals really that low for the 2015s? 58% for 10k? What is it for 12k?

When I plug your numbers in this spreadsheet http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=830104 it makes me suspect the dealer is maxing out the Money Factor from the current base of .00131. With max MSDs and base MF I show 575/mo. And did you include this month's incentives in the selling price?

The dealer told me we need to get delivery in December to get the best incentives. When I asked about the MF he said 820 I thought he made a mistake, but I had another call come in and had to go. Anyways, I was thinking $631 (inc. TN tax) as a total payment was not bad, do you think it seems high? Oh, and what happens to the deposit ($1000) I give when building the vehicle once the vehicle is delivered? Thank you for the help.

I would not shop by monthly payment. Selling price (and doc fee) and money factor is negotiable and the way to go. Sounds like the MF used is still unclear.

As for finance and lease incentives, they often can be locked in for 60 days. For example, I am taking delivery in December and have locked in $750+0.9%APR. At signing I can either use that or the December incentives if they are more favorable. December incentives are likely to be better than January's.

Any deposit will be applied to whatever you are due at signing.

what do you guys think? The residual for 2016 340i is around 62% compared to 58% for 2015 but I don't think dealers are willing to give such discount on MSRP. I am just wondering what kind of deals I can get on a 2016 340i with $51,695 MSRP and 62% residual but so far not able to get any quote on 2016 340i.

Really nice deal. $10k off the MSRP is awesome. Does that include the BMW Cash ($750 + $750 November Cash)?

The bank fee (acquisition fee) I'm pretty sure is correct. BMW just recently raised from about $725. The doc fee seems way too high, as does the MVC fees. The MVC stuff (tax, title, license) you can check yourself on NJ's state website. As for the luxury tax, I know there's a threshold for when you pay/don't pay but I don't know what it is.
