How to know what horn to replace ?

Just got my new to me 2013 335i sport a week ago and the first time that I used the horn, whatttttttttt?????? it sounds like Mickey Mouse car !!! I think one of the 2 horns used in the F30 is gone, but how to know which one ? Any advice ?

Well, one of them is already not working, and I don't want to remove the whole front bumper just to disconnect one horn at a time, any other advice ?

I believe you can access the horns via the wheel well, if you pull the liner. If not then I would just pull the bumper and find out which horn, then go to the dealer and get that horn. This is assuming you can get to the dealer without your F30.

So your car didn't come with any kind of warranty/CPO? You have to do this repair yourself? My 2013 still has factory warranty left (a little less than 1 year) - or are you past the 50K-mile point?

Rather than tear into it, you might first go to realoem dot com and look up the horns, then study the diagram to see where they're located. Might be a huge help to have that perspective first instead of guessing.
