tyre noise F30
i came from an E60 530d . Love my F30 but the only real disappointment has been the excessive tyre noise at a cruising speed above 70 mph. My E60 was slower but I drove it faster on the motorway because it was definitely much quieter.
I have 24000 miles on the car and recently changed the rear tyres - i put on dunlop sp sport 01 as these have a lower noise rating than the bridgestones OEM. However the problem remains -- I wonder if it will improve once i replace the fronts |

It will not change. F30 it's a very noisy lil' car, even noisier than the model it replaces, E90. I had two E60s so I know where you're coming from.
