Best springs fore F32 with 20" and sport suspension?

Hi everyone!
First of all i've searched the forum for this but didn't manage to find a answer for my case.
I have 20" rims on my f32, and also the sport suspension that already lowers the car a little bit more than "normal", but its still to high for me

This is the front gap
(something like 3 fingers ahah aprox. 1.5 or 1.6inches / 4centimeters)

and this is the rear
(2 fingers of gap, aprox. 1.1 or 1.2inches / 3centimeters)

Well, i just want to lower the car something like 0.3 inches in the rear and 0.5 inches in the front... and due to the fact that the car has already the sport suspension that lowers the car a little bit comparing to a normal f32, i think the best solution for me is to change the springs. the question is: H&r sport or super sport? Eibach are also very popular here in Portugal.
Please help!
thank you!

I just searched again the forum and googled and found that the h&r hould lower my car too much and the eibach will probably turn my ride a little bouncy.
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance

I just installed Eibach springs on my car 2 weeks ago. I am satisfied with the result. I had stock springs with Bilstein B6 for 1 year. Now the ride is stiffer but still comfortable enough for me. The drop is also not too low. I can definitely recommend Eibach springs.

Thank you for the reply!
So you installed Eibach Pro-kit springs with B6's?
If you have B6's probably that's why your car isn't bouncy at all.

Maybe. Actually the biggest improvement was Bilstein B6 vs stock dampers. That was massive difference. My brother has Alfa Rome Brera, before I installed B6 his car felt much more planted than mine, after B6 install, brothers car actually felt floaty, bouncy and too soft. With springs the performance was improved, but difference was not that big as with dampers

If you want springs only then get the H&R sport springs, conservative drop on F32s. I have the Super sports and so far has been good, low but not slammed.
If you want a specific height you could get some Coilovers and adjust to your liking.

I just got Dinan springs, gave me enough drop for my xdrive, once my 19" summer wheels were put on same time. Perfect for me. Did 10/12 spacers also. Quick pic as I just got it back today.

Ah, that's different. My car is only 60000km and i wanted to keep the stock m-sport structs and only change the springs to lower 1cm in the front and back. the problem is that the only springs that i found that do this modest drop are the eibach and i saw many users complaining about getting a bouncy ride after the change :/ That's my problem.

That's a nice car!!
But it seems like the height is similar to mine now. Probably because the xDrive's sit always higher than the Rwd by default. Do you have m-sport suspension, right?

Here she is as it sits now. Waiting for tires to tread down then upgrading to 20's. Other people have the super sports on 20's with no rubbing. But I'll be going to coilovers once I upgrade.

I've got the HnR Super Sports on 19"

Might want to just go with HnR sports if you are on 20"s.... Super Sports might be too low for 20"

Here is mine
