I just went though this last week, and we ended up coding everything except DME to make CC work. It was just easier.

Then I add 609, 6AK,6NR,6NS, delete 663. code ECU with esys3.23.4+50.4. code work is successful with no error.
after code, I check the FSC. 'AppID 160(0xA0)' is gone, replaced by 'AppID 161(0xA1)'. because my NBT display cable has not arrived, so I rewire the orginal display cable. but it don't work, so i can not get information from CID. But I press the telephone button on the steering wheel, the cluster has no response. my cluster is not expanded.


what is below AppID mean. why AppID 160 became AppID 161?

I don't recognize any of these AppID's you show for HU_CHAMP, except 27, which is a 1B Navigation Enabler Code for CIC not CHAMP:

these AppID is from another champ from F294181, I failed to retrofit to fit my E931474.

that champ has 6NH, and below two FSC existed in the champ. may be it is for USB and bluetooch function.

I don't know, but all that matters is that AppID 131(0x83) has "FSCStatus accepted", which means EPS option is enabled.

Maybe Root and Sig Certs are not needed on EPS module.

Yes, F294181 was issued with only F294181_00810001.fsc and F294181_00820001.fsc, still I don't recognize them.

Are you sure they were in the Head Unit and not another ECU like DME maybe?

You are screwed on 82. Once an FSC Code is "Cancelled", a new one must be ordered from special department at BMW as the only way to Import and Activate a replacement FSC Code on top of the "Cancelled" one is if the replacement one has a newer creation date.
