I love that BMW still uses cheap vinyl sun visors
As a kid growing up in the 80's I loved the smell of BMW's vinyl interior. I knew when I was in a BMW (or 70's Toyota lol) just by the smell if nothing else. Someone in my family always seemed to have one until 2000 (last being an 98 M3)
Fast forward to 2011 when I got my E92 335is and I was excited that they still kept the cheap vinyl sun visors that I remember from the 80's incarnations of the 3, 5, and 7 series I remember. I was even more overjoyed when I saw that they were still cheap vinyl when I bought my F30. I know it sounds crazy, but I love the fact that BMW says "F it, we're not going to splurge on sun visors." Crazy Germans : )

But the vinyl visors make it easier to cover the ridiculous huge white and yellow airbag warning labels with black marker. It was the first thing I did.

It's easy to remove the airbag markers completely with some solvent. Took about an hour.

LOL. I did that on my 325i and it was a PIA. So I'm leaving my stickers on.
