That's a UHF or VHF antenna. Based on the license plate, that would indicate that this person is on the scuba dive team for a fire department.

They're a buff - if anyone is in EMS or fire.

Today around 12 noon on Rt 109 in Farmingdale, a Estoril Blue F32 428 MSport with tinted windows and a M license plate frame. Car was really clean.

About a 1/2hr or so after that on Sunrise Highway heading West in Lindenhurst, a white F32 MSport with tinted windows, black wheels and maybe tinted tails.
