It's dark, that's for sure.

So you changed the tint for a darker tint? I have 20% and feel in most angles and lighting it's pretty dark. Looks good though! You want it even darker though??

I see a tint violation citation in your future... 35% is max here in NC, and the State Troopers WILL stop you if it's too dark - they have a device to check it with, too.

Is it tint or tints? Tints always sounded funny to me.

Over here, you can't have any tinting on your front windows (driver or passenger), only the back. I've gone darker in the past on other cards, but IMO 50% on mine is perfect and I'm already asking for a citation as I tinted the fronts too. As it's less obvious to the eye, I've been lucky so far.
I have the same colour if that's a mineral grey and the lighter tint is a nice contrast. I wasn't sure going darker would look appealing on that colour, but it looks good. |

35% front and 20% rears is enough for me. Keeps me legal and I think it looks better.

Canada all illegal in the front. That being said, last 3 M cars and an AMG vehicle I owned all had 35% all around and never had issues with the police. Can they cause issues? For sure, but it's light enough especially during the day that they can see me sort of so probably don't care too much.
