Base vs sport (passive) suspension

Anyone know the details between the two?
eg. just a different damper / spring setup or is there more. Looking to upgrade my base to a sport suspension setup. Would be a decent upgrade but would also keep the car stock for the track as well.
Now as long as it doesn't cost more than an arm and a leg. Anyone who has upgraded to coils willing to let their's go?

Dampers, springs & anti-roll bars are all different, plus 10mm lower ride height.

I just went through this process...spend $2k and get the M Perf Setup.

Or hope someone on the boards is willing to let their strut/spring setup go.

Bear in mind you'll need to purchase the Sport/M sport anti roll bars regardless.
