Just ordered new tires from tire rack

Potenza s04 pole position, non-run flat of course. The price online plus the $70 rebate was more than enough to pull me away from the allure of the hallowed pilot super sports. Cant wait to get them in on Monday, installed by tuesday and test them on the track next friday.

I think those are excellent tires, especially for the price. Had them on my E46 M3 and loved them. what sizes did you go with for your application?

Stock size, 225/45/18, 255/40/80. For $709 shipped before the rebate, nothing came close. Im excited to fianlly be moving on from the runflats after 27k miles. Just need to get a flat kit now. Debating on the expense of the bmw mobility kit or some other option.

Same exact tires the same exact size I just bought. I went and picked them up and they installed them there.

Seriously a great tire for the money! No regrets. They grip well and they got a bit firmer as I broke them in.

You'll love them. I went the same route, price, very good competition to the pilots and the $70 rebate

Awesome choice. I'd do the same if I were you. But I gotta try the PSS first, ya know, it's PSS haha

The bridgestones did great on the track yesterday. super grippy, and I can finally tell what the front tires are doing, without question.

What tires did your car come with? How is the handling, ride and steering response compare? Quiet? Thanks.

stock tires were the continental runflats. ride is slightly better, noise about the same. the steering response is worlds better. I had no question what the tires were doing on a 2 mile road course last night.

I love my S-04 as well. Not desperate for the PSS as my compute to work is 9 miles at 45 mph...
