335/340 Question

Interested to know, if anyone on here has got an exhaust company to change your single exhaust pipes to dual pipes...
i have decided i dont like the look of the standard fitment pipes on my 340...

Oz, What exactly do you mean?
Are you trying to sell your stock 340i exhaust to someone with a single outlet like the 320/330i etc?

Not sure if the tips are clamped or are welded.

Either way very easy.

1)change your diffuser to the quad exhaust style. You can buy M performance replica ones on ebay

or

2) you can cut into your existing diffuser. I think you can buy cutting templates

3) Buy yourself some quad tips and any exhaust guy can weld them on or if its a clamp you can do it your self

thanks X328X, intend to get aftermarket diffuser with space for dual pipes, just hate the look of stock difuser and gawdy chrome tips...
