This bumper costs $2200 from LTMW; even with a respray, you'd save a considerable amount over new.

Installation: You'll need to remove the front bumper lower face bar (not the main bumper reinforcement beam) & front bumper foam for this to fit, and you will need to remove some of the stock ducting around the fog lights.

As for a foglight, I doubt if any F30 fogs will fit, since the bottom half of the bumper is from an M6.
