Dollars to donuts your transmission is fucked! This is exactly what led me to getting a PDS transmission. If it's happening as you downshift into 3rd or 6th aggressively, it is def your issue.
To verify you'll need an actual scanner. BM3 wont do it. You'll need to log the transmission TURBINE SPEED to the OUTPUT SPEED sensors. Drive it while logging. Do the aggressive downshift. Pause the log and zoom in. Did the turbine speed drop by 50rpm as compared to output speed? If yes, replace the transmission. |

For OP's sake I sure hope it's not a bad transmission. If it is though, would XHP maybe be the culprit? The ZF is pretty bullet proof from what people say hence why it's used in so many cars.

XHP doesn't cause transmission failures, especially with OTS tunes. If you start modifying things, using aggressive launch or other settings (which they warn about), then you could accelerate wear.

Upstream O2 sensor was the cause of similar problems on my f30.

No sure how you would theorize that the car would blow up due to a boost leak. It might cause excessively high WGDC but that's about it... you usually get air mass or other codes with a boost leak also, depending on the severity. |

So yea I started I’m 3rd, took off and I think it was in either 4th or 5th gear where the power was cut, right after shifting.

EDIT: Just read that you have XHP stage 3. Check your XHP and MHD settings to make sure they are correct with respect to the torque limits. IIRC in MHD at least for N55 you need to tell it you have XHP. |

Yessir, there was a option on Mhd that removed TCU torque limiters, it says “not required for ots maps” but I still checked it and I just drove it hard for about an hour and it did well, hopefully that fixed the problem
